The Workshop

Open Sesame (2 to 3 years)

Sesame is both a quest for self-esteem and a beautiful story filled with human warmth. Every week, Sesame offers parents and their children aged 2 to 4 a precious time to share a workshop together.

During this workshop, children and parents are invited to play together, exploring a variety of motor and creative activities.

Little Pleasures (12 to 24 months)

This workshop is designed for parents and their children aged 12 to 24 months. In a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, parents have the opportunity to better understand the unique personality of their child while learning how to promote their development in social, emotional, intellectual, and motor skills.

During these sessions, various essential topics are explored, such as potty training, managing tantrums, eating habits, and much more.

Cooking and Sports Fun with Mom (3 to 5 years)

This workshop aims to promote healthy lifestyle habits with a focus on balanced nutrition and physical activities.

Titled "Cooking and Sports Fun with Mom," this workshop is intended for children aged 3 to 5 years accompanied by their parents and is conducted in partnership with La Table Ronde

To ensure a quality experience, the number of children accompanied by a parent is limited to 8 participants.

Baby Massage

This workshop is led by a certified instructor from the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) and aims to facilitate and encourage the development of emotional bonds between parents and their infants.

The benefits of this workshop for babies can be grouped into four categories: interaction, stimulation, relaxation, and relief. Baby massage contributes positively to the establishment of a strong attachment bond between the parent and the child.

Additionally, this workshop aims to help parents better understand this bond with their babies while providing them with the opportunity to exchange and meet other parents.

The Little School of Apprentices (4 - 5 years)

The Little School offers a variety of educational and entertaining activities designed to awaken curiosity and a desire to learn in children aged 4 to 5 years.

This workshop program aims to promote overall and balanced development in children by considering different learning areas, including motor development, language, self-esteem, social skills, and autonomy.

Additionally, this workshop aims to introduce children to the basics of pre-reading and pre-writing, laying the groundwork for their later educational journey.

Café – Parents

In collaboration with (AIEM), this space has been created to facilitate exchanges and sharing between parents and a specialized facilitator, based on the theme of the day.

It is a welcoming environment conducive to reflection and support, where parents can leave with concrete ideas and tools that they can implement at home.

The topics discussed are directly related to parenting and educational approaches.

Y’APP (Nobody's perfect)

The Y'APP workshop is a valuable resource aimed at enriching the parenting experience. It is specially designed to support parents of young children aged five and under.

In this workshop, parents can benefit from various activities, including:

1. Opportunity to MEET other parents with young children (aged 0 to 5 years).

2. Chance to SHARE ideas, advice, and experiences about their parenting role.

3. Access to essential information to LEARN about the development, safety, health, and behavior of their children.
